Our com­pre­hen­sive range of bag fil­ter prod­ucts with the tried-and-tested im­pulse clean­ing sys­tem and mod­u­lar fil­ter model ranges can be pre­cisely adapted to the cus­tomer’s in­di­vid­ual re­quire­ments ac­cord­ing to their process tech­nol­ogy and struc­tural con­di­tions. Vol­u­met­ric flow from 100 to over 3,000,000 Bm3/​h can be achieved for de­dust­ing, prod­uct sep­a­ra­tion and gas clean­ing in the dif­fer­ent in­dus­tries re­quir­ing these processes.

The EMC dust collector technology from Scheuch allows you to quickly and automatically isolate eventual bag failures without shutting down your cement production process. This technology has a clear advantage over conventional solutions and enables consistent, efficient but smart cleaning of each individual filter bag across the entire length of the system.

Scheuch’s deconox technology combines a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) with a low-dust SCR uniting two proven technologies into a single system – maximizing energy efficiency while minimizing footprint.

Scheuch deconox exhaust gas cleaning

RTOs efficiently reduce pollutants such as VOCs and unpleasant odors.  Since the energy required for thermal oxidation can largely be recovered when it flows through the ceramic heat exchanger towers, this saves on fuel use and associated operating costs.
